Dive Fest St. Lucia

Dates: Sept. 8th- 15th
The fourth annual dive fest St. Lucia celebrates the magnificence of the numerous coral reefs and dive sites located around this beautiful Caribbean island. Although it’s a month long event, the main events take place from September 8th to the 15th. Anse Chastanet Resort in Soufriere, Saint Lucia and Scuba St. Lucia will host a week of special activities, including boat and shore dives, PADI courses and photographic competitions.
This year, the program will also focus on conservation, offering a PADI Dive against Debris Specialty and an “eradication day” of invasive lionfish. Anse Chastanet’s culinary team will prepare lionfish during a special cooking demonstration, followed by a lionfish dinner. If you participate in Dive Fest St. Lucia, you’ll get free passes to a JAZZY sunset cruise, where you’ll get to see the Piton peaks up close, as well as some friendly dolphins and giant whales.
Even if you don’t know how to dive, St. Lucia Dive Fest can be a lot of fun! Non-divers can indulge in activities like swimming and biking during the festival. In addition, those staying at Anse Chastanet can enjoy a beginner’s diving class for free.
